We aim to have all orders printed and shipped within 1 working day of receiving the order. Depending on your shipment choice and the size / weight of the order your items will be sent by Royal Mail or for larger items DX. All orders sent by Royal Mail will go as Tracked 24/48 and a Tracking number will be assign to the Order.

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your order or an item in your order please return to the provided address within 14 days of receiving the order. Also please inform us of the item(s) returning to us by email stating your request of refund / replacement, and upon arrival of the item back at our office we will issue the refund or send out your replacement
